Hello my name is Josee Charbonneau and I am 17 turning 18 living in Barr heaven. I love horses to death and I’m not afraid to be around them and have all my life. A couple of weeks ago I took lessons at Nepean equestrian park in the jumping levels. I know may people with barns and have worked at every one of them. I have also worked at many shows. I am only looking to work with horses again and hopefully be able to ride again.

I have learned how to do many different things over the years like tack, count hands on horses to measure there height, clean tack, muck out stalls, turning horses in and out, feeding , watering, riding, grooming, bathing, and a little lunging. I know different parts of the tack like the pommel, cantle and flap as well as the bridle with the crown and brow band as well as different horse blankets and grooming supplies. I’m also starting to learn the parts of horse’s bodies.

I’ve worked at many ranches and done western and English riding. I worked at jumping shows with the judges, giving ribbons, cleaning horses etc.
